Chef Tom Phillips joins Skills for Chefs line-up
Tom Phillips from Restaurant Story joins the line-up for the Skills for Chefs Conference on 28-29th June.
Tom’s career has taken him through the kitchens of The Ritz in London, Per Se in New York and L’enclume in the Lake District.
In 2019 Tom competed in The World Finals of the Bocuse D’or, finishing 10th in the world and is now the UK Team Coach. With a deep passion for British products and a keen eye for detail Tom is now executive chef at Restaurant Story.
David McKown, director of the conference, commented: “We are delighted to have Tom with us in Sheffield and in addition he will also be part of the judging team for the Grand Final of UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year.”
