Chef Tom Kitchin to open fourth Scotland restaurant
Drawing on the team’s passion for fresh, local and seasonal produce, the menu will feature ‘modern takes on traditional dishes’ as well as a daily selection of seafood, cuts of meat, fish and vegetables prepared on an open grill.
The announcement follows the success of Kitchin’s other Scotland-based restaurants, which he runs in partnership with his business partner and fellow chef, Dominic Jack: The Kitchin (Leith); Castle Terrace (Edinburgh Castle); and The Scran & Scallie (Stockbridge).
Kitchin said: “Over the years, we have often been asked when we're going to open a restaurant in the south side of Edinburgh.
“Bruntsfield is very charming and it just felt like the right place for us to create a neighbourhood restaurant where people can enjoy a meal with their family and friends.
“The open rotisserie has long been a dream of ours and we can't wait to showcase new dishes and ways of cooking with Scotland's incredible produce.”
