Chef Simon Rogan to bring Hospitality Show 2015 to a close
Rogan will take to the Business Briefing Stage at 1pm on the event’s final day (January 21st) at Birmingham's NEC for a discussion about his 25-year career.
Renowned for his Cumbrian restaurant L’Enclume, he also owns two other establishments alongside a natural farm and a research and design facility. The chef is expected to discuss all of these along with the new openings of The French and Mr Copper’s House & Garden in Manchester’s Midland Hotel and, most recently, Fera at Claridges in London.
Rogan said: “What a great way to kick off 2015 - The Hospitality Show is a phenomenal annual gathering of industry professionals as well as those starting their careers in catering. I look forward to my day in Birmingham and checking out the show.”
The 2015 show is bringing new products, exhibitors, ideas and a business focus to the annual event that celebrates the best of British hospitality.
Toby Wand, managing director at Fresh Montgomery, organisers of The Hospitality Show 2015, said: “Simon Rogan is one of our most innovative and respected chefs and, with interest around the country, someone truly representative of Britain as a whole.”
The show consistently attracts high quality exhibitors and special guests sourced from across the hospitality spectrum.
