CGOC Award winner snapped up for the Restaurant Show
Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the Restaurant Show 2018 is set to take place 1-3 October at Olympia (London), with key speakers including the Craft Guild of Chefs 2018 Innovation Award winner, Doug McMaster.
As founder of Brighton’s zero-waste restaurant, Silo, McMaster 2018 will discuss ‘planet-positive’ menus and blending food and drink in his new venture with bartender, Mr Lyan.
Chefs Tom Kerridge and Daniel Clifford will also take to the stage to share their expertise and ‘life lessons.’
