Caterer reveals 2018 Foodservice Cateys winners

The Caterer held its sixth annual 2018 Foodservice Cateys this month, celebrating the individuals, teams and businesses ‘shaping the foodservice industry.’

Announced during this year’s dinner and gala at Park Plaza Westminter Bridge, this year’s winners are as below:

  • Catering Manager of the Year Melanie Cooke, ISS Food Services

Public Chef of the Year winner, Parry - regional executive chef at Cheltenham racecourse - commented: “I’m passionate about seasonality and the provenance of ingredients, to create quality dishes.
