Carpigiani Gelato University goes on tour
As the summer season draws to a close, the GU team has been securing new ‘Introduction to Gelato’ venues to make this increasingly popular course more widely accessible.
Paul Ingram, managing director at Carpigiani UK, said: “As a first foray into gelato, our Carpigiani GU one day introduction is a really comprehensive and informative session. From base recipes to unique ingredients, how to create, make, store and serve gelato, this course is without a doubt perfect for those who are already making gelato and want to boost their knowledge, or newcomers who are thinking of starting a business.
“We’re always conscious of the locations of our courses and try to ensure we have venues that are easy to get to such as our Park Royal and Hereford kitchens as well as our venue up in Glasgow, and now we have new options.
“GU on Tour will be making its way around the UK and first up will be 12th September at Lewes, with Henley Bridge Ingredients and then 31st October in Manchester with Antonnelli. More locations and dates will follow as we tour around the UK.”
