Bel Foodservice UK makes changes to chefs website

Written by: Admin
French cheese expert BEL Foodservice UK has made changes to its Bel Cheese Academy website giving it a “fresh new look”.
And to celebrate its launch the company is giving away a new iPad 2 in a recipe competition. The new site, which has been designed with chefs and foodservice operators in mind, features a host of new content including recipes, up-to-date news and informative case studies. Adéle Bird, channel marketing manager, Bel Foodservice UK said: "We originally launched the Bel Cheese Academy in 2009 with Michelin and 5AA Rosette award winning chef Jean-Christophe Novelli. Since then we've continued to work with various professional chefs to develop recipes and share ideas. "We wanted to develop the academy further by creating an interactive cheese-loving community to inspire foodservice professionals to unleash the full potential of one of the kitchen's most versatile ingredients." Visitors to the new site can enter Bel's iPad 2 competition by submitting their favourite recipes created using ingredients from the extensive product range, which includes brands such as Boursin, Port Salut and Leerdammer.
