Located in the heart of Bedfordshire, The Salon, managed by Central Bedfordshire College and held in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs, is growing in stature and is a fantastic platform for all chefs – particularly student chefs - to get a first taste of competition experience.

The entry form and guidelines are attached but all submissions must be submitted by 1 March.
