The Craft Guild of Chefs has joined forces with charity Kelly’s Cause to host its final Wellness Event of 2025, which is taking place in London on Monday 1st December from 5-7pm.

Kelly’s Cause has designed this get together to equip attendees with real, applicable tools to support both yourself and your team through the busy Christmas rush and into the new year. Attendees will leave with a set of actionable techniques, useful resources and the confidence to lead with care and resilience.

Kelly’s Cause Foundation is a charity that aims to create a mentally healthy hospitality industry for all through Mental Health First Aid training, awareness-raising, and stigma reduction. Kelly’s Cause was founded in honour of Kelly, a young, talented chef who sadly took her own life at just 23. 

A spokesperson for the Craft Guild of Chefs said: “We are delighted to invite you to our final Wellness experience of 2025, where we’ll be collaborating with the team from Kelly’s Cause to share meaningful support for the festive season. This time of year, can be magical, full of celebration and festive cheer, but it can also be overwhelming for many of us.”
