Westmill Foods creates guide for caterers to overcome challenges

Westmill Foods, parent company of the Lucky Boat noodle brand, has created a useful guide for caterers to assist with the numerous operating challenges faced by many across the hospitality industry.

The guide is designed to provide insight and tips on how to adapt business operations to navigate these difficult times. 

According to CGA data, June’s like-for-like sales at Britain’s top managed restaurants, pubs and bar groups were 5% ahead of pre-Covid-19 levels of June 2019 and delivery sales show 'huge growth' – now 275% higher than three years ago.

A spokesperson for Westmill Foods, commented: "While consumer confidence is undeniably challenged, there are also opportunities to be seized."
