Westmill Foods creates guide for caterers to overcome challenges

According to CGA data, June’s like-for-like sales at Britain’s top managed restaurants, pubs and bar groups were 5% ahead of pre-Covid-19 levels of June 2019 and delivery sales show 'huge growth' – now 275% higher than three years ago.
