Four chefs have been nominated for the award and a public vote has now opened and will close on Friday 6^th May at 5pm.

Gareth Billington, Brian Eastment, Stephanie Moon and Alan Shipman are the four chefs which will battle for the public’s heart.

Last year, Billy Campbell, executive chef at Thistle Glasgow Hotel triumped in the category.

The winner will be announced at the 2016 Craft Guild of Chefs Awards at Lancaster London Hotel on 1^st June.
