A new award for University of the Year was presented to King’s College London in recognition of their ‘significant achievements’ over the last twelve months. This was presented by Paul Martin, director of MIDAS, to Manish Shah, director of catering.

The Outstanding Contribution Award was presented to Gagan Kapoor, director commercial operations at Loughborough University, by David McKown MBE, director of University Hospitality Seminars. Other winners on the night included:
