Cohort one officially kicked off in November 2025, marking an important step in the commitment to raising standards, sharpening skills and inspiring confidence across the culinary teams. 

The Steve Groves Culinary Academy is about more than qualifications – it’s a programme for chefs who want to grow as professionals, elevate their craft and push for excellence in everything they do. By combining practical skills training with leadership development, the academy will help chefs thrive both in the kitchen and beyond.
