Royal Academy of Culinary Arts announces 2017 Master of Culinary Arts semi-finalists

The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) has announced the semi-finalists for its 2017 Master of Culinary Arts.

Semi finals will take place at The Langham, London for restaurant management and service on June 5th. University College Birmingham will host the semi-final for pastry chefs on Saturday, June 24th and the semi-final for chefs on Wednesday, June 29th and Thursday, June 29th.

The winner of the Master of Culinary Arts award, which takes place every four years, will be announced at a presentation dinner at Claridges, London on October 5th 2017.
