Father and son chefs Michel and Alain Roux have partnered with handmade popcorn company, Joe & Seph’s, to launch a range of exclusive flavours.

Coinciding with the opening of the Roux’s brand new ‘Brasserie Prince By Alain Roux’ (at Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh) tomorrow (22 May), the new flavours include: root ginger and lemongrass; blue cheese and rhubarb; goat’s cheese and black pepper; speculoos and piña colada.

The collection is available to purchase tomorrow (22 May) from the restaurant and selected retailers, or online via the Joe & Seph’s website.

Michel Roux said: “Our cooking is about capturing and enhancing flavours, which is exactly what Joe & Seph’s popcorn manages to do in each and every kernel.

“Having first tasted it on-board an airplane, I knew we had to collaborate with them and create the ultimate bar snack.”

Joe & Seph’s founder, Joseph Sopher, added: “We are thrilled to be working with not one, but two of the world’s most iconic chefs.

“They have embraced our love for unusual flavours and added their own culinary flair.

“We are honoured to be a part of what is set to be an amazing new Roux Brasserie.”
