Twelve colleges plus some students from FutureChef will be invited to attend the Upskill Day. The Upskill Day will involve: Russell Bateman, Eric Snaith & Ben Marrfish, James Carn, Steve Hobbs, Dave Wall, Dingley Dell Pork, Mark Poynton, Harv & Julie as well as Ed Keith.

Murray Chapman, founder of A Passion to Inspire, said: “It is going to be a very tasty day ahead from sea to land from fish – to Charcuterie and then Tilda Rice with Amedei Chocolate. The week before the event – we will share all the recipes and the live link so you can all be with us. There are so many lecturers that are so passionate and inspirational.”
