Ollie Dabbous and Ampersand team up at London Zoo for Hospitality Action
Chef Ollie Dabbous is hosting a unique dining experience in partnership with CH&Co’s Ampersand at ZSL London Zoo in September to raise funds for Hospitality Action.
Guests will enjoy a champagne reception overlooking the tiger territory before Ollie Dabbous serves a three course meal in the Mappin Pavilion, which boasts views of Regents Park and the Australian Outback enclosure.
Tim Jones, Hospitality Action trustee and chairman CH&Co Group, said: “Hospitality Action is a cause very close to my heart and as such, it seemed fitting to support the charity by offering up the services of Ampersand to host a really different and unique dining experience. I have no doubt that we will raise a huge amount of money for those in the industry who need it most.”
Tickets are priced at £135 per person or £1,300 for a table of 10 and are available here.
