The awards take place on June 1st at Westminster Park Plaza and will recognise and reward the hospitality industry’s leading talent across all sectors.

There will be 17 award categories ranging from young and apprentice chefs to pub and restaurant chefs, also recognising specialist sectors such as pastry chef, public sector chef and ethnic chef.  

There is also the Special Award which is presented to one person who, above all others, has made an outstanding contribution to the industry, over and above the call of duty.
