Selected teams will be accommodated locally and on the eve of the competition semi-finalists will enjoy dinner at the Wellhouse Restaurant at Lainston House. The theme of the competition is the ‘evolution of the modern British restaurant’.

David McKown, director of the competition, said: "We are delighted to be working in partnership with the team at the Exclusive Collection, the venue is spectacular and it will create a fitting stage for the semi-finals.”
