Loughborough College takes home Sustainability Award

A team from Loughborough College won the Sustainability Award at the national final of UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year.

The team of Eddie Randall, Libby Anderson and Jess Howick impressed the judges with their commitment to sustainability, food wastage and energy efficiency.

The award was presented by Amy Lomas from HK Projects who are world leaders in food service design and also pictured is Vicky Enderson, chair of judges and director at MSK Ingredients.
