Williams will be joined by Ana Ros, chef patron at Hisa Franko, Slovenia, Petter Nilsson from Spritmuseum in Stockholm, Tim Hollingsworth from Otium in LA and Anton Kovalkov from Farenheit in Moscow for the dinners held at Alyn Williams at The Westbury in Mayfair, London. 

Williams said: “This is the first year that all of the guest chefs are coming to the restaurant from outside of the UK, making this CHEFstock very special indeed.

“I’m hugely excited to collaborate with Ana, Petter, Tim and Anton; to discover some new styles of cooking and ingredients and to design some entirely new dishes of my own. Expect each dinner to be totally different from the last.”

CHEFstock will see each guest chef create four original dishes, which will be complemented by four dishes from Williams every Wednesday throughout June.

Tickets for CHEFstock cost £180 and include a glass of Pol Roger champagne, canapés, coffee and petit fours.
