Le Meridien unveils chocolate Eiffel Tower to celebrate Olympic spirit
This ‘stunning creation’ is a testament to the hotel's culinary artistry and stands as a symbol of unity for athletes worldwide. It was crafted with meticulous attention to detail by the hotel’s executive pastry chef Vivek Chauhan and sous chef Nitin Singharia along with the pastry kitchen team in just 11 days with sleepless nights.
The chocolate masterpiece is a towering nine feet tall, weighs an impressive 250 Kg and boasts dimensions of 48x48x108 inches. This ‘awe-inspiring’ structure will be on display at Longitude until 12th August 2024, inviting guests to marvel at its intricate design and indulge in the spirit of the Olympics.
Davinder Kumar, executive chef at Le Meridien, said: “We are honoured to create this extraordinary chocolate sculpture as a symbol of our support for the Olympic athletes.
