Le Cordon Bleu London has announced the return of its ‘much-anticipated’ Summer Festival, taking place on Saturday 27th June 2026 at its Bloomsbury institute.

Celebrating the art of gastronomy and culinary innovation, the annual Summer Festival invites guests to experience a vibrant day of immersive workshops, tastings and demonstrations led by Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs and leading figures from the international culinary scene.

Throughout the day, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in a diverse programme of hands-on culinary workshops spanning cuisine, pâtisserie, boulangerie, plant-based cookery and gastronomic innovation.

Wine and beverages tastings, guided by Master Sommelier Matthieu Longuere will also offer guests the chance to explore a curated selection of wines. Tickets are available for general admission, as well as for individual workshops and tasting sessions.

The festival will also feature a series of exclusive guest chef demonstrations from acclaimed chefs representing some of the finest restaurants in London and beyond, offering insight into contemporary techniques and global culinary trends. The line-up includes:

  • Onsu founder & executive pastry chef Michael Kwan
  • Kayu chef patron Karim Bourgi
  • Dinings SW3 executive chef Masaki Sugisaki
  • chef-author Petty Elliott
