Koppert Cress launches ‘cressperience’ days
UK chefs are being offered the opportunity to benefit from the expertise of Dutch company Koppert Cress, who specialise in cresses and the special effect they have on the senses of diners.
The company is launching Cress Academy Days across the countries where its collection of micro-vegetables, greens and cresses, known, as ‘Architecture Aromatique’, is used including at eight locations in the UK and Middle East.
The free ‘cressperience’ days will consist of menu design, cress education and tasting sessions, an introduction to food pairings and a nine-course tasting menu prepared by the Koppert Cress in-house team.
