HIT Training receives royal recognition for ‘outstanding’ impact

Written by: Edward Waddell
HIT Training has announced it has been honoured with a Princess Royal Training Award in recognition of its internal staff development programmes and apprenticeships.

HIT Training is one of just 52 organisations to receive this distinguished award, which will be presented by HRH Princess Royal, President of City & Guilds of London Institute later this year.

These awards aim to highlight the vital role that innovative and effective training programmes play in addressing the nation’s productivity challenges and in developing the skills needed for the future economy.

Mike Worley, managing director of HIT Training, said: “This prestigious accolade is a testament to our unwavering commitment to developing our team through cutting-edge training programmes. As a training organisation, we truly practice what we preach.

“The introduction of the Learner Mentor Apprenticeship has been instrumental in equipping our sector specialists with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel. This programme not only strengthens their ability to support apprentices but also inspires a deep enthusiasm for learning within our organisation.”
