Bate, who now works at the Ritz Restaurant, will bring her first-hand experience and industry expertise to the event.

Working alongside Pago Fruit Juice, she will take responsibility for judging the mocktail element of the competition, a key challenge that tests competitors’ creativity, presentation skills and understanding of flavour combinations.

Her involvement highlights the competition’s commitment to nurturing and celebrating emerging hospitality talent. Her return provides an inspiring example to this year’s entrants.
