Foodservice Equipment Association publishes 2025 Buyer’s Guide
The Buyer’s Guide features information on a range of subjects including combi ovens, food preparation, fryers, induction, other prime cooking equipment, ranges, refrigeration, services and spares, temperature monitoring, warewashing, waste management and the FEA member listing.
The (FEA) is the independent, authoritative voice of the foodservice equipment industry, representing nearly 200 companies who supply, service and maintain all types of commercial catering equipment - from utensils to full kitchen schemes.
Emma Brookes, chair of the FEA, commented: “We’re all working to tighter budgets. Obviously if you’re specifying new equipment, then going for the most efficient – the choice that may cost more to buy, but will certainly save, in the short, medium and long term – is the right decision, both for the budget and for the planet.
“And while FEA members, and indeed all equipment manufacturers and suppliers, would like you to buy their brand new energy-saving products, they also recognise that buying new equipment might not be an option. That’s why they invest time and effort in offering advice and training to help their customers reduce the running cost of the equipment they already have.”
This year's FEA Industry Conference, which is taking place at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel on 12–13th November 2025, will focus on Business Agility and how businesses within the foodservice sector are dealing with the rising cost pressures and using the latest technology to adapt and thrive.
