The final of the competition will be held at Hotelympia’s Salon Culinaire 2016.

Now in its fourth year, the competition for students of any age has gone from strength to strength. Last year, Eden Allsworth secured victory in the competition, after being tasked with creating a dish using Tabasco sauce suitable for serving from a street vendor's stall or vehicle.
