Registration closes for all products 18th October with delivery by 20th October. The Academy of Chocolate are once again running a training day at Westminster Kingsway College on 21st October specially designed by Keith Hurdman for both judges and chocolatiers. 

He said: “The moulded and enrobed chocolates training covers both subjective and objective factors and is of particular interest for judges who wish to increase their expertise, and for professional chocolatiers who wish to increase their knowledge of the causes and corrections of common faults seen in moulded and enrobed chocolates.”
