Andy joined Lainston House in 1986 as a senior chef, after training in some of the most prestigious hotels down Park Lane. In his time at Lainston House, he climbed the ranks to executive chef and achieved many accolades for the dining experiences at the hotel.

Ten years ago he handed over the front-line leadership of the operation to pursue the recruitment, development, training and enrichment of chefs throughout the Exclusive Collection group, which is now known as the Exclusive Chef’s Academy.
