'An Evening with Theo Randall' to take place next month

Theo Randall will host an intimate evening at the Crystal in London’s Royal Victoria Dock next month, giving guests the opportunity to learn the secrets of his Mediterranean cooking.

‘An Evening with Theo Randall’ will take place on 18th May and will consist of a live pasta demonstration from Randall and a three course set menu created by the chef, paired with wines.

Rhiannon Thomas, sales manager at the Crystal, said: “This will be a wonderful opportunity for anyone who likes eating, or cooking, Italian food to learn the tricks of the trade from a chef who is widely recognised as an expert in this field.”

The evening, which begins at 6.30pm with drinks and canapés, has been arranged by Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events, which manages conferencing and banqueting at the venue, part of Siemens’ Sustainable Cities Initiative.
