Elior’s Peter Joyner to judge UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year final
Peter Joyner, one of the UK hospitality industry’s most respected culinary figures, has joined the judging panel for the National Final of UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year on 1st July.
With more than 30 years’ experience, Joyner has built a reputation for culinary innovation, leadership and mentoring young talent. In his role with Elior UK, he has helped develop award winning food concepts while supporting and inspiring future chefs across the business.
As Team GB Culinary Team Manager, Joyner led the national squad at the 2024 Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart, where the team secured five gold medals alongside silver, bronze and diploma honours.
His appointment brings extensive industry knowledge, technical expertise and a strong passion for supporting the next generation of hospitality professionals.
