Craft Guild of Chefs shares 2023 awards night photographs

The Craft Guild of Chefs has shared a selection of images from the recent awards night, which took place on Thursday 1st June at the Park Plaza in Westminster.
The event was attended by 700 of hospitality’s leading lights including Clare Smyth – three Michelin Stars Core, Matt Abe and team - Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Vice Admiral Sir Tony Johnstone-Burt, Atul Kochhar, Vivek Singh, Cyrus Todiwala and many more.
Chefs Simon Rogan, Adam Handling and Tom Shepherd as well as Westminster Kingsway College and Prezzo were among those who received a prestigious accolade at the 2023 Craft Guild of Chefs Awards.
The evening included a raffle to raise funds for the Craft Guild Bursary and the Ceserani Foundation. Over £6,900 was raised thanks to the generosity of the guests who attended the awards night.
Matt Owens, chair of the Craft Guild of Chefs, said: “This evening’s awards recognise the many great cooks and chefs often unsung and often working behind the scenes doing what they love best. It’s in our DNA and it’s certainly what makes us the chefs we are today.
“This is why we at the Craft Guild run these awards – it’s all about celebrating the good and recognising and showcasing the exceptional talent across the whole of our industry – from apprentice and young chefs just starting out, to chefs who are established in their careers in hospitality, pubs and restaurants.”
