On Monday 9th February, the Craft Guild is offering luncheon at the 5 Star Grove Hotel, in the Groves Glasshouse Buffet.

Harry Lomas, executive chef, said: “It’s a little different to what a lot of the guys do its more of the Cosmopolitan set up’s, live theatre kitchen but means it’s very flexible with the food”

The day’s itinerary is expected to run as follows:

1. 10.45 for 11.00 am Meet and greet with Coffee, Danish & Nibbles
2. Tour of the Grove with its history and a little of what they get up to
3. A Chat from Russell Bateman, Craft Guild of Chefs National Chef of the Year and Head Chef at The Groves fine dining Restaurant, Colette’s:
4. Lunch (The Head Chef in the Glasshouse Buffet is Mark Sweeney) 

All for just £35.00 for Craft Guild Members and £40.00 for non members.
