Collins King & Associates in full swing at Craft Guild Golf Day
The hospitality recruitment agency will be aptly sponsoring the 15th hole and also supplying players with golf balls at the event, which takes place at Wyboston Lakes Golf Club in Bedfordshire in association with Golf Club Hospitality magazine.
As a Craft Guild business partner, the company’s team is looking forward to teeing off alongside more than 100 golfers from across the hospitality industry including those from Hilton Hotel Group, ISS, Elior, Westminster Kingsway College, The Royal Garden Hotel and Trinity College.
After breakfast at 9am, the first golfers will set off to tackle the 18 holes (par 70) in teams of four, with laser clay shooting, a barbecue lunch prepared by award-winning chef Ben Bartlett and refreshments all par for the course. At the end of the day, there will be an evening gala dinner prepared by the team at Wyboston Lakes, with pre-dinner drinks also sponsored by Collins King & Associates.
“It looks set to be a fantastic networking event and a load of fun to boot; I’m a keen golfer myself and have been to the event for a few years running,” said director Martyn Smith, who oversees culinary recruitment for the company, which now also specialises in back of house and management recruitment for clients.
“As a business partner of the Craft Guild of Chefs, celebrating our 15th year of business, we are thrilled to be playing more of a role in making the event go off to a ‘tee’, while raising awareness of the services we deliver in matching clients and candidates across the hospitality industry.”
