Written by: Katie Imms
Chef and TV personality James Martin is preparing for his celebrity appearance at The Game Fair festival this weekend (27-29, Warwickshire), where he will host a 300-cover restaurant.

Marking the event’s 60th anniversary, Martin has created an exclusive menu championing the “distinct and delicious ingredients of the British countryside,” which he will serve in a ‘relaxed deli-style experience.’

As well as helping out in the kitchen, he will be mingling with guests, sharing his passion for the outdoors and other projects.

He said: “It is a great privilege to be appearing as the celebrity chef at such a prestigious countryside event as The Game Fair.

“I love the British countryside, a source of so many natural flavours which inspire creativity in the kitchen.

“I look forward to sharing this year’s menu.”

James Gower, managing director of The Game Fair, added: “We are delighted to have secured James as our celebrity chef for our diamond anniversary year.

“James is a huge name and is sure to be a massive draw, particularly given his enthusiasm for the British countryside and its produce.”
