Brasserie Bar Co appoints new executive chairman
Brasserie Bar Co – chef Raymond Blanc’s pub and restaurant company – yesterday (6 June) announced the appointment of Mark Derry as its new executive chairman.
Taking over from Ian Edward, Derry – currently chief executive of the business – will assume his new role with immediate effect. Edward will meanwhile continue as a retained advisor.
Brasserie Bar Co operates under two brands – Brasserie Blanc, which has 19 sites across the UK and White Brasserie, which has 17.
No further detail is yet to be announced.
