Alaska Seafood teams with Craft Guild of Chefs and Westminster Kingsway College for seminar for chefs
The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute is holding an exclusive seminar for chefs to learn first hand about Alaska’s wild and natural produce, and its world model for sustainability.
The seminar and tasting event runs in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs and Westminster Kingsway College (WKC), and will kick off at 5.30pm at the college in Vincent Square, London, on Thursday, June 27.
Guests will enjoy a guided tasting by WKC chef lecturer and seafood expert José Souto and Christopher Basten, Craft Guild chairman and WKC chef lecturer, who will give an insight into Alaska’s top quality seafood such as king salmon, sockeye salmon, black cod, pacific cod and king crab.
