Adam Handling to ‘finally’ open Adam Handling Chelsea

Chef Adam Handling (of The Frog Group) is to open his brand new restaurant, Adam Handling Chelsea, this week (28 February) inside Chelsea’s brand new Belmond Cadogan Hotel.

As chef patron, he will oversee all food and drink served in the main restaurant, as well as the hotel bar, private dining room, terrace and room service.

 

Celebrating the ‘best of British,’ menus at Adam Handling Chelsea will be inspired by London, with dishes such as Highland Wagyu beef; Scottish scallop ceviche; lamb wellington and langoustine with pink grapefruit.

 

As with all of his restaurants, F&B at the Belmond will place strong emphasis on sustainability, using local, seasonal ingredients sourced from smaller producers when possible.

 

Handling said: “This is the biggest opening of my career so far and I’m so excited to finally invite guests in.

 

“I want to celebrate everything that’s so wonderful about British produce, delivered luxuriously in a stunning setting.

 

“Sustainability is part of the core ethos of my group, so everything will be sustainable without compromising on quality.

 

“At its heart, I want Adam Handling Chelsea to be a neighbourhood restaurant. We want to welcome our regulars and locals back time and time again.”
