Fancy dining in reverse?
In celebration of the 'Unordinary People' exhibition taking place at The Royal Albert Hall, Bistro One Ninety at The Gore Hotel in Kensington, London, is offering guests the opportunity to dine in reverse – starting from today (21 April).
Head chef Taher Jibet has specially created the back-to-front "Unordinary Menu" to coincide with the theme.
Guests will start with a peppered strawberry cheesecake on a white chocolate biscuit base, followed by crispy-skin sea bass on julienne vegetables tossed in lobster butter and dill, and will finish with one of Bistro One Ninety's most popular starters; a steak tartare with duck egg, lime juice and coriander.
The new menu, which runs until 23 May, coincides with the establishment's "ordinary" pre and post theatre menus. Priced at £21.50 for two courses and £23.50 for three courses, these menus are available from 5pm until 7pm and again from 10pm until 11.30pm
The 48 seat bistro is open throughout the day from 7am. Guests can arrive at Bistro One Ninety until 11.30pm, where they can enjoy a dinner until 1am, every day of the week.
