Brian Turner returns to Skills for Chefs Conference

Brian Turner will close the Skills for Chefs Conference this year by sharing his thoughts on the industry and the challenges it faces.

Brian is one of Britain’s most well-known chefs since winning a rare Michelin Star in the 1970s. He is the President of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts which he has combined with a successful career as a TV personality.

David McKown, director of the conference, said: “Brian presented at the very first conference in 1998 and we are delighted that he will return 25 years later.”

In June 2002 in the Queen’s birthday honours list he was awarded a CBE for this services to tourism and training in the industry. The Skills for Chefs Conference takes place on 28-29th June and further information visit: www.skillsforchefs.org.uk.
