BaxterStorey value a 'work life balance' where you will be working Monday - Friday, 7-4pm with occasional evening and weekend work required for chef's table and private dinners. Overtime is paid to all junior staff.

The menu is built around British seasonal produce using the best products from small producers where ever possible, with a real focus on reducing wastage using as much of the raw product as possible.

The role would suit candidates who are embarking on a career in the kitchen either finishing catering college or who have already been cooking in kitchens for a while but are looking to learn, progress and develop.

Our executive chef has spent the last ten years working in some of the best restaurants in the country ensuring that staff are constantly learning and developing whilst also being allowed to bring their own ideas and dishes to the fore.
