Spicy chicken ragu

  • 500g Dolmio Bolognese Sauce
  • 20 Chicken thighs quartered
  • 1 tbsp. Dried chilli flakes
  • 4cm Piece of ginger
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • Handful of flat leaf parsley including stalks
  • 1 Red pepper diced
  • 1 Green pepper diced
  • 1 Bunch of spring onions chopped
Preparation method

1. Preheat the oven to 200c Gas mark 6
2. Chop the garlic, ginger and parsley with the chilli flakes
3. Mix with sugar and the honey and toss in the chicken
4. Place in a baking tray with the peppers and onion
5. Stir in the Dolmio Bolognese sauce and roast in the oven for 40mins, stirring a couple of times during cooking
6. Take out of the oven, season and serve in warm flat breads or with pasta
