Leading players of the Craft Guild of Chefs have spoken to Eat Out magazine looking back over the past 50 years and what the future holds for the organisation.
Culinary director and previous chairman (2013-2016) Christopher Basten; vice presidents David Mulcahy, Steve Munkley, Steve Scuffell and Pauline Tucker are all interviewed on video as part of the magazine’s ‘Craft Guild of Chefs Golden Years’ feature.
New chairman Lee Maycock also talks to the magazine, talking about his new role and plans for the future.
