Tottenham Hotspur and Levy Restaurants, its official catering partner, have announced the Roux family will design selected menus and oversee the service delivery at the football club’s new stadium, set to open in 2018.

The menus from the Roux family will be part of the stadium’s premium offerings at the On Four lounges and suites, on the venue’s fourth floor, at its restaurant.

Albert Roux, Emily Roux and Michel Roux Jr will personally oversee the operation at 12 Tottenham Hotspur matches per season.

Michel Roux Jr, said: “We’re excited to embark on this new venture with Tottenham Hotspur and look forward to delivering our fine dining to their customers On Four.

“This is the first time we have partnered with a sports stadium and it is marvelous that we will be involved in such an iconic new venue."

Andy O’Sullivan, director of hospitality at Tottenham Hotspur, said: “We are delighted to be working with Levy Restaurants to bring the Roux family on board to further enhance the first class premium offering we will be making at our new stadium.

“This is the latest example of the commitment that the Club is showing in delivering what will be London’s best sports and entertainment venue in every aspect from general admission to premium.”

As part of the premium offerings at the new stadium, On Four’s flagship restaurant and lounge, The H Club, will offer five different dining experiences including an informal brasserie style experience, fine dining and The Players’ Table experience, where guests can dine next to the club’s players.
