Texture celebrates 10-year anniversary with collaborative dinner series

To celebrate its 10-year anniversary, London-based Michelin-starred restaurant, Texture, is to host four chef collaboration dinners throughout September.

Sticking to owner and chef patron Aggi Sverrisson’s style of modern European food, Scandinavian influences and Icelandic produce, each chef - Raymond Blanc, Vivek Singh of The Cinnamon Collection, Arnaud Bignon of The Greenhouse and Ollie Dabbous of Henrietta – will bring something different to the table with their own signature flair.

As well as Texture’s Master Sommelier, Clement Robert, pairing each course from each menu with its own wine, the restaurant will also host a collaborative dinner with Gaia Gaja of Gaja Winery to celebrate “a decade of paired wines and dishes.”

The dinners will take place as listed below, with tickets starting from £170.00:

  • 5 September – Raymond Blanc
  • 7th September – Vivek Singh
  • 19th September - Arnaud Bignon and Ollie Dabbous
  • 28th September – wine dinner with Gaia Gaja
