The Tamarind Collection to open fourth restaurant in Soho

The Tamarind Collection, the Indian restaurant group behind Michelin-starred Tamarind of Mayfair, is to open a new concept site in London’s Soho.

The Tamarind Kitchen, set to open this spring, will centre on the ‘kitchen’ concept, where friends and family come together, in a deformalised, lively Indian dining experience.

The restaurant has the capacity for 100 covers spanning two floors and will feature a private dining room and subterranean cocktail bar.

The menu will feature dishes such as Makai Kachumber, a corn and vegetable salad with chat masala dressing, a game platter, and Alappuzha fish curry.

The Tamarind Collection also owns and operates Zaika of Kensington and South Indian Concept on Regent Street.
