The Speciality & Fine Food Fair is returning to London on 4-6 September and promises a packed programme of live demonstrations and practical advice.

James Golding, head chef at the newly opened The Pig in the New Forest, will be showing how to reinvent the running of the kitchen by using a forager and kitchen gardener to guide your menu. Meanwhile Lucas Hollweg, Sunday Times journalist and author of Good Things to Eat, will be talking all things food, Aiden Byrne from The Church Green will be focusing on locally sourced produce and how to pick the best of the season, and Patricia Michaelson from La Fromagerie will be guiding visitors through the importance of cheese knowledge. On an international front, Shane Hughes from Roussillion will discussing how to blend modern French cooking styles with the finest British seasonal ingredients and Giancarlo Caldesi from Caldesi in Campagna will be guiding visitors through the culinary landscape of Tuscany. And Nicky Dorwood, from the Limes Farm Shop & Tearoom, will be detailing how to effectively diversify your offering and Paul Blake, from the Cookery School at Laverstoke Park Farm, will be discussing their field to fork philosophy. Soraya Gadelrab, event manager of Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2011, said: "The Fine Food Forum is a chance for visitors to engage with some of the industry's leading professionals and get first hand advice on the latest trends and innovations. "We're very excited about the line up this year and are confident that visitors will leave feeling not only inspired, but with tangible ideas on how to improve their own offering." The doors will be open at Olympia from Sunday 4th September to Tuesday 6th September.
