So Restaurant hosts sushi making classes

Written by: Admin
The So Restaurant in London's Soho is holding sushi making classes for children to help keep them amused during the summer break.
The sessions will be held every Thursday (apart from 21st July, 18th & 25th August and 1st September) from 3.30pm until 5.30pm, and are suitable for children aged from 7 to 14. The restaurant's highly trained sushi chefs, some with over 20 year's experience, will be on hand to show how to create concoctions like salmon, tuna and prawn Nigiri and salmon and avocado rolls. The price is £50 per child. Places are strictly limited so the restaurant advises guests to book early to avoid disappointment. Contact Tamayo Yamano at So Restaurant on 0207 292 0767 or [email protected] for further details. Alternatively, book online at sushi-course.sorestaurant.co.uk. There is a maximum of 12 children per class.
