Located at 311-323 Muswell Hill Broadway, London, the 3,500 sq ft property was acquired in an off market transaction with a new 25 year lease.  The new restaurant will open later this year.

As well as the newly acquired Muswell Hill site, Côte has sister restaurants in Highgate and Hampstead.
